Both projects look to draw on a traditional Kentish vernacular. The car port and log store is a celebration of Oak with an exposed frame, rafter feet and unstained weatherboard.

The double garage with study above, employs dark stained weatherboarding, Oak doors and replica Kent peg tiles to match the main property. The study has large rooflights to take advantage of the view over the neighbouring fields.
